Andrea Sghedoni is a Brand & Creative Director focused on building and scaling brands cross every touchpoint. He works at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution and performance, with a strong bias for ownership, speed and impact.
With a background spanning ATL advertising, branding, digital communication and UX, Andrea has led end-to-end creative systems rather than isolated campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity and effectiveness across channels such as product communication, sales materials, events, digital platforms and integrated campaigns.
He has worked with global brands including McDonald's, Nutella, Ferrero Group, Campari Group, Stellantis, L'Oréal and P&G, working closely with brand, media, PR and production teams to align creative direction and execution.
Since 2021, Andrea has been part of Leo Italy team as Associate Creative Director, leading integrated brand platforms and helping evolve internal processes through the adoption of generative AI as a tool to increase creative speed, quality and scalability, while actively contributing to strengthening the creative team's culture around high standards, craft and excellence.
Andrea believes strong brands are built through obsessive consistency, sharp messaging and fast execution, with a constant focus on relevance, impact and business results.
To date, his collaboration with various clients has led to numerous awards and nominations at national and international levels, including Cannes Lions, ADCI, ADCE, New York Festival, Effie, Eurobest, Clio Awards, OneShow, and D&AD.
